APPI provides precision fabrication from plastic and metal sheet stock up to 0.250” in thickness using processes such as: laser cutting, press brake forming, punch pressing and shearing. All to create assemblies that include riveting, hardware insertion and welding (MIG, TIG and Resistance).
Our sheet metal processes and inspection methods are in full compliance with ANSI/ASQ and may require Customer’s proprietary specifications, dimensions, and tolerance.
From simple shearing to hydraulic press brake CNC forming, complex shape laser cutting, multifunctional punch equipment (counter sinking, counter boring and unique shapes such as louvers and integrated hinges) APPI pulls it all together with fully automated insertion machines and state of the art welding accuracy from 0.005”.
