It was great to see some familiar faces and new ones at the most recent AMCON Orlando show.  It’s always interesting to see which samples attendees gravitate towards.  We find that the following parts are picked up again and again:

 

This beauty is an RF Modulator which is Vertically Milled, Yellow Chromated and Silk Screened.

 

 

Sample of a part in mid-process.   It’s Wire Cut and heavy due to the exotic metal and the perfect tactile size to hold.   Everyone enjoys fitting the spokes into the mating component.

 

The secret to the curvature is that this aircraft component is first Vertically Milled as two parts and then Welded together and finished with grinding, Jitterbugging and Clear Chromate.

 

This is a showcase sample to highlight our integrated hinges made in our Sheet Metal Department.  We have several with different plating processes… Always a visual hit.

APPI will be at booth 112/114 with many samples of the types of components we produce. With all the different services we provide we have many examples of our capabilities. So many – in fact that for this show we always need a double booth to display them all!

Amcon is a specialty show catering to OEMs looking for contract manufacturing services and products. The show is held at the Orange County Convention Center and is free to attend.
